Aaron’s prior experience with middle market companies deepened his interest in working more closely with entrepreneurial business owners and management teams.

Aaron was previously an analyst at Harris Williams, an investment bank focused solely on the middle-market. Aaron was actively involved in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process, including developing detailed financial models, preparing marketing materials and presentations, performing industry analysis, and conducting due diligence.

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys playing and watching sports, snowboarding, and traveling.
