After spending four years in investment banking, representing both buyers and sellers of businesses, Ben joined Wedbush Capital to deepen his interaction with business owners and management teams.  He was attracted to Wedbush Capital for its entrepreneurial culture, which he feels encourages new ideas and initiatives.

Ben previously was with USBX Advisory Services (now Imperial Capital, LLC), a Los Angeles-based investment bank focused on the lower middle-market.  While at USBX, Ben was actively involved in all aspects of the mergers and acquisitions process, including developing detailed financial models, performing industry analysis and conducting due diligence.  He began his investment banking career at Bear, Stearns & Co. in New York.

Ben enjoys playing a variety of sports including basketball, golf and snowboarding.  He also enjoys trading stocks.
